Didi I'm 12th passout student and I am applying for physical councelling of NIT delhi btech and they are asking for domicile/qualifing degree and as of now I don't have domicile certificate it will take around 20 days to come and my councelling is in 4 days so my last option is to fill qualifing degree and as per your video I don't have any degree yet so, now what should I fill in that pls help

mera doubt rah hi gya ye loan kab tak account m aa jayega ,,,,mera kahne ka matalab first sem k fee loan k Rs se pee kar sakte h ya Ghar wale first sem ka lena padega .......................for example mai apne IIT kharagpur SBI brach se loan lia mujhe first sem ghar se dea thee o mere account m aaa gya and 2nd,3rd,4th ka fee Direct iit kgp k account m jayrga ..............apka bank 2nd ,3rd ,4th ka payment direct collage ko dega ????????.......................yarr kitna bada Q ho gya 🤣🤣🤣🤣
