Isoteak is artificial synthetic teak made of original PVC based composition. The material looks almost like real teak, gives a boat premium look and does not require maintenance. Isoteak decking is UV stabilized, has solid structure, and doesn't loose it's great appearance over time, which is confirmed by five-year warranty. ISOTEAK panels are hot welded which prevents splitting during installation and after it. It can be combine with any surface (plastic, wood, metal, concrete). It doesn't need screwing.
Our material is available in rolls and sheets for DIY installation or you can order a set of synthetic teak panels according to your template. We supply our material throughout all Europe.

Synthetic teak for Ranieri fisher boat
This is a project for a fishing boat by the Italian brand Ranieri. A set of 24 margined Isoteak synthetic teak panels made according to templates provided by the customer. The total area is about 4.5 m2.

Hi! I'm glad you liked it. The adhesive sealant we recommend is the one we have tested in use, it is available on our website isoteak.com/shop/sealant-merbenit-x1/ . Our customers sometimes use Sikaflex 291, but we don't recommend it as it holds worse and is more liquid.
What’s all the noise?
Unfortunately, it looks like the seam is not waterproof.
Thank you for your comment, we just thought that we didn’t create this video quite correctly. During installation, glue is used to glue the seam lock, which is included in each box of material. Unfortunately, we didn't show this in the video. For additional waterproofing, we also use profile welding. However, the practice of using profile gluing shows that this is enough to create a deck yourself.

Hi, @lionelstarkweather982 ! We have had several customers install our faux teak into campervans. One of the coolest was @BimbosVan. Campervans with our teak even participate in exhibitions. They are already doing their fourth project with us. In some projects we make a complete set of flooring according to their templates, in others the guys buy sheets to size and cut them out according to their templates in their garage. Hopefully we'll get a video from the manufacturer soon.
