Kind of ruined my day
Yes sir bryd
I know I’m a little late but any chance can you give a link to the google drive Max Dutto recommended to learn about hitting? Thanks
Who's teaching these guys these mechanics?
Still wrong.
Have a great day from another powerlifter and the excitement you got from hitting that rep was awesome
Thank you for sharing...Awesome stuff right here...Great work ...Keep it up and stay strong. Subbed for sure and waiting for more!
You’re a beast
This is so great! I just got certified with OnBaseU last night and this was great to watch after the course!
Leonardo Rojas thank you for watching Leonardo, and congratulations on your OBU cert!
Which website did Ochart recommend right before he said Savant? Thanks!

Loved this! Thank you for putting this out! It was really awesome to learn from Dr. Rose and the rest of you!
RBTV Thank you for watching!
Btw I think ichiro could have been a more productive hitter with some adjustments. He had a pretty solid o swing percentage at his peak so he could have walked more and while he didn't have great pop he had the barrel feel that he could have adjusted his AA within two weeks and hit like low 20s homers instead of 7-12 (sometimes in BP he did it) However the ironic thing is that if he was a 290 hitter with 75 walks and 22 homers he would not be a HOFer as the BBWA hates those tweeners with mid 20s homers, 270-290 avg and solid walk rates, you either have to be a BA guy (several 320+ seasons) or you are a slugger (several 40+ seasons) or of course both, those tweeners who are kinda good at everything but not great at anything don't get much love and end up like Edmonds and likely abreu. So for his career status ichiro made the right decision of boosting his strength instead of giving a bit of his strength to be ok at his weaknesses.
Ochart really looks like the professor from money heist
Great video. I think an interesting thing about height adjustment is that bat and torso work in opposite directions. The bat works down to up (starts steep, then flattens into perpendicular to shoulder plane) and the body adjusts up to down. The other way round is very tough (flat bat to steep or bent posture to upright) so in practice you have to start with low pitch (steep) barrel and high pitch posture and then adjust both until you meet in the middle at the right moment.because of that I like a slightly out of shoulder plane load, not baez like but a few degrees because Imo the bat plane adjustment is quicker than the posture adjustment. So basically start with bat at low pitch angle and spine at high pitch one and then you only have to adjust one or both a little when pitch is middle.
Davis had a hip injury last year. I think he could bounce back this year even if not completely to 2018 level
This kid rakes 🔥🔥
Yes...yes he does...
Wow that Aydt guy is a man rocket!

Would you say the hockey stick drill would be effective here?
