I also experiences hurting others before, mostly physically. I heard the reasons for intentionally hurting people is reflecting your pain on others, due to trauma one may have at home. Which I straight believe is why i attack people outta nowhere. I stop now and tried to heal. Let's me just say, *you are not alone and none of us are* <)

I really have a big regret that made me lose a good friend and did something to hurt her reputation accidentally and I really regret it and really really really didn't mean to. Now I feel like I got something off my back but habe something weighing down on my mind and I feel like nobody will like me, but I finally got that off my back... I'm so sorry for you and other people that have done bad things. There are other things I have done but I don't feel comfortable saying it... I was young and immature and I'm so sorry❤

This is exactly how I feel. I’ve just now realized that I had psychopathic tendencies, and been using people in the wrong ways. I’ve just realized that a couple weeks ago, and how my actions have an effect on people. And how many people I’ve hurt, or made them think that they were insane, and not me. I feel a bit sorry, and almost want to change, but I’m not sure how. Hope you feel better too <3
