So as everybody was writing about they didnt know that busted ever existed since they only know that song from the jonas brothers, i just wanted to say: I didnt know the jonas brothers did a cover of year 3000. I only knew it from Busted and i'm totally fine with it, because they're just awesome :) <3

The most poetically ironic lyric in this song is "Boybands another one, another one and another one!" Urm....yep you are one guys, this group was the most miserable attempt to be Punk rock I can ever remember. I can't get my head around why a modern genius like Charlie Simpson was willing to be seen and associated with such trash can music when Fightstar and his solo material is actually so damn good.

Because Busted split before TH-cam even existed so they never managed to get their official video up until they reformed. On top of that, now that the official video finally is uploaded, its fucking blocked and inaccessible in the US. Also, Busted only ever began trying to break America a few months before the 2005 split, so obviously their version never had the advantage of being in the American market. :P

I honestly found it through 5sos and it's not pret3ned to be theirs, but you won't find the proper version bc ever body posts it as the jonas brothers, I never was a busted fan, but now I am here again bc of the youtube boyband getting annoyed that i can't find a proper original!

Tbh at the rate they're going with gaps in between A Present For Everyone and Night Driver, it could be 3000 before they release their 7th album. It's kinda sad actually, the way that Charlie went off Busted. It could have been amazing :(
