The Clyde at Cambusnethan
First time I've been down this way, only about a mile as the crow flies from Wishaw hospital. This on Sunday May 27 2012 at the end of a scorching week

Cool pool in the fields
มุมมอง 9512 ปีที่แล้ว
These fields around what was known as Barrett's farm were planted with trees about 25 years ago. They're now trying to put in a pool (seen here, it's next to St Pat's cemetery) and I hear they'll be laying 'proper' paths

My mother and many relatives and friends are buried here. I find it a peaceful place and I doubt I will ever see it so deep in snow again.

Left for Canada in 85. I loved watching this. I grew up there. Onesti's was a favourite for me :)
Onesti's is gone now, or at least it moved to the Rex on Windmillhill Street, the 2nd branch in Forgewood was also sold on about 4 or 5 years ago too.
I don't know if this will work coz its old but ill give it a try(:<

Thank you for posting this video. It's nice to have history recorded. The music is lovely too. I don't know why it has 3 thumbs down. We used to have a Bing in Bellshill beside "The Sandy". We played on that as kids. Wish someone had a picture or video of that. 👍👍👍Thank you again.
Better 👍🏻
I left Bellshill 34 years ago and I can honestly say I have never once missed the place in any way whatsoever.

David Pearson ....Aye The Burns !
Junkies ya that sounds fun
I remember going her with Karen Law, her dad had a local shop and joinery business and we played here daily in the summer, where is The Big Rock Candy Mountain. Oh to be a carefree child again, your sister, Clare
is that cobelton road?
That wouldn't necessarily be worse. At least it would be interesting. I heard that people outside Motherwell come out after dark. I think it's just a rumor though.
...The had to backtrack though after a counter backlash saw them in the middle of a sectarian bunfight. They ended up donating 500 quid to the boys club but they also donated 100 quid to both Motherwell Boys Club and the huns boys club who must have thought it was xmas what with being rewarded because the supporters of their big club namesakes.are fucking animals. I can already hear rumblings of it wasn't Rangers fans that complained it, was Chelsea fans wot done it and ran away. Pathetic.
Many thanks. A wee bit shaky. I should have shot some more that day - always nice and quiet down there
We're doing something similar for a Motherwell College video project just wish we could have got weather like this, nicely done mate.
@chevyred427 Really? experience you say. It takes experience to know what any city is about. But I never claimed to have an idea about what New York is about. I was merely commenting on the moment captured on video. nothing more, nothing less.
@assemblyguy don't let one simple video give you new york rookies an idea of what new york is like because im telling you right now. it takes experience to know what the hell this city is about... and the people in it.
@JuliusIsMe hAHAHAHAHA that is contrastingly funny
Damn I miss NYC.
Hate walking up there on my way hame from school
Never been to NYC, but scenes like this make a person want to visit simply by virtue of people enjoying themselves in the moment. And really, life is supposed to be about having fun, enjoying yourself and sharing good times with others.
@BiggyBollocks same ol bull crap..said about ny... were just AGGRESSIVE OVER HERE. DON'T STEP IN THE KITCHEN IF YU CANT TAKE THE HEAT!!!!
