i visited the wigan branch last Saturday at 12pm to view a ford mustang, i had booked an appointment with Longin when i arrived the car was still not on site, longin explained they are struggling to find it and it should be here soon, i waited for around 15mins for the car to turn up (being left just stood around no offer of a drink or anything) the car turns up it took the fella 5 mins to find Longin to give him the keys Longin then comes to find me explaining he will be with me in 5 mins as he is dealing with another customer, i waited around for over an hour no1 approached me no1 asked if i was ok nothing, i finally got fed up and just found a member off staff to give the keys to this person was Kevin, kevin asked if he could help (finally) i asked if there is any movement on the price as iv spotted a few bits he laughed said no and asked what damage, i pointed out the numerous bits id spotted including a leak in the boot, the bonnet well out ov line, deep scratches and also a big chunk missing out ov the bumper as well as a few other small issues his response was no we wont budge on price or sort them issues out because someone else will turn up starry eyed and just buy the car without spotting the damage, he said this infront of customers and my friend id brought with me, he repeated the same sort of comment numerous times so being shocked and disgusted i left. I then rang to speak to a manager in regards to the experience, i spoke to Gary he couldn't apologise enough and we came to an agreement that he would have the car prepared and i could come back down friday to meet him and view the car also hopefully actually get a test drive this time, i rang up friday to let him know i was on my way only to find out he wasnt even in work that day and they have sold the car already on the monday and nobody has bothered to let me know about either of these changes. Absolutely disgusting service from the start all the way up until today. Unbelievable how Unprofessional and scheming this has made the company look considering they have clearly sold the car to someone starry eyed without sorting the issues just like kevin said they would. Please be careful when dealing with this place.
