Question: #40: The expression "I don't mind" means one has no objection, for example, "I don't mind driving you to the airport." So, in the context of Katie's question, perhaps Mat's response should be "I don't really care, let's do what you want," meaning he simply has no preference. #57: My choice would be answer B. If answer C, then rephrase to read "ought to," in American English anyway. #62: Again, in American English, the sentence would read "will have made a decision." #63: Answer B also. #67: The correct answer would be "had been given."
