    The DASH diet has been designed by fools and clueless nobodies. Low fat dairy is rubbish, not having enough of the essential vitamins A,D,E and K. All the benefits from dairy foods (of which there are many) come from it's fat components, including the latest C15 discovery. The fats in dairy are MCTs which are medium saturated fats (12-18 carbon) and are converted to energy before being stored as body fat.. People who eat full fat dairy have lower risks of all-cause mortality.

      I haven’t tried Normotim, but I’d be cautious before adding any supplements to a diet plan. It’s always a good idea to research ingredients and consult with a healthcare professional to make sure it’s safe and effective.

    Got to 5:05 and cannot endure anymore. The over-riding "music" makes it impossible to hear/understand the message, especially with the rapid-fire voice. Probably a good message but delivery is handicapped.

    Hii, i want to apply for this scholarship im trying to get into the university of torino but i havent taken the imat yet. Before even getting accepted can i apply to this scholarship? And if i can i saw in one of your replies that you answered as you dont have to submit your whole documents in september 3 you just have to do online application what does that mean please help me im so lost and stressed

      Hello, yes you can still apply within the given deadline which is 3rd September just fill in the form and submit. Check the video I have posted on my channel about how to fill in the application if you need help. The deadlines to submit original documents is by 16/09 (accommodation). As far as IMAT is concerned it’s required for those candidates who are applying for courses with reserved seats

      @@nutritionalhacks hello thank you so much for your response, so i can fill the online form until september 3 and send the documents until 16 th for only accomendation? Not the money scholarship? And i didnt quite catch the last part about the reserved seats. Do i have to take the imat before applying for a scholarship or even go to school for at least a year to apply? And one more question i currently got an email from turin university that i should apply for visa but i called the consulate and they told me usually for this type of visas(education 90 days and over visa) you first have to get accepted into the university. So what should i do now? Should i apply to a different type of visa? And also the earliest i can get a date from the consulate for visa is september 30 and then i have about 30 days (shortest ) for me to have my visa and schools going to start soon what if i get accepted but my visa doesnt get approved in time what should i do then?
