I've lived in Bend over 40 years and have watched it change from a small town with a population of 18,500 to what it is today. My 36 year old daughter was born here and is now a local school teacher. Glad I bought a house here 40 years ago because I couldn't afford one now. Bend is still a great place to live if you can afford it.

Weddings have always held a special place in my heart; there's just something so magical about the love and commitment they represent. I adore wedding dresses, and I also love movies that center around weddings. I must say that my all-time favorite is 27 Dresses, and next, I think I'm going to watch Bride Wars. These films really showcase some of the joy and laughter, yet sometimes chaos, that goes into planning such an important day. My character Francesca Pastorelli runs a shared bridal gown shop with her sister Genevieve. Anyway, I have this sweet scene at Francesca's wedding-her little niece tugging on the hem-my-niece calls it 'Hemmie'-of her dress while they are dancing. I can just envision Francesca bursting into laughter and just radiating so joyfully at that tender moment, because it is just going to be so cute and heartwarming! I also work on a second story entitled The Hemmie of Her Dress. That one's about a girl when her aunt gets married in April 2002 and during that celebration of wedding she catches onto the hem of her aunt's wedding dress-just this incredibly beautiful, tender moment that I'm just dying to write is what makes weddings memorable and special. Your videos just inspire me so! I really think I might make a collage or slideshow video with brides and grooms, putting all those beautiful moments together that were captured on the day of their lives. I may even make a playlist in honor of wedding gowns themselves-to the beauty and joy that bridal fashion brings. I hope everything is going great after the wedding, and I look forward to seeing many more videos from you in the near future. For sure, I will see your latest work! Great video. I loved watching to figure out more restaurants to go to. My wife and I have lived here for 2 1/2 years and there are still so many places to go and things to see. I don't know if you got to the words with the letter NG (yup, we have letters N and G as a single letter) but we have a lot of words that have it like ngayon (syllable breakdown: nga-yon) which means now, pangangailangan (pa-nga-nga-i-la-ngan) which means necessity, etc. It's simple to pronounce. English has it too. Although, in Tagalog, we have it at the beginning, middle, and/or end of a word but in English, it's either at the middle or end like singing, song, long, ping, etc. Just remove the part that is not NG and that's the sound of the letter NG in Tagalog. I see that you encountered "ng". It is pronounced as "nang" when it is a particle and when it is on its own. You did a great job pronouncing Tagalog words. Keep it up 😊
