I now fully understand the festivals- never really did a dive into them but now I know! Thanks Joel 🙏
Good good but we don't need a phone . It's a huge distraction and full of temptation and images of idolatry and all sorts.
Thankyou 🙏
It's definitly easier to get closer access to our God by drinking the precious blood of his beloved and non-violent Christ - as an act of remembrance in him and in favor of our godsouliness by trusting into the Word of Christ's heavenly Father, the Maker of all. Not to say it isn't interesting to come closer to your God by following the larger Law of God for such intentions. 🍷🦍
This has so much heart, Thankyou ✝️💞✨
Great lesson, thank you Joel, really enjoyed that.
Very good 🙌
Thank you Joel. 🙏 and Happy new year to you and your family.❤

Explain Deuteronomy chapter 28 and tell me who those people are today.
@@ahrayahdabar4756 "For the entire law is fulfilled in keeping this one command: “Love your neighbor as yourself.”" Galatians 5:14 Jesus made it clear that the whole of the Law was summed up in this one command - to love. This includes Deuteronomy 28. 1 John 3:23 also says, "And this is his commandment, that we believe in the name of his Son Jesus Christ and love one another, just as he has commanded us" All of the OT Law was aimed at teaching the people the above. This started out with blessings and curses for individual Israelites for obedience and disobedience to God's covenant. A greater way is now here though, which is made clear by Jesus and the apostles - love! When a person loves they are fulfilling the law and walking in obedience to God, thus receiving blessing, when they don't they are not being 'children of the Most High' and are bringing on themselves curses for refusing to love (see Matthew 25 for example). In terms of the question, Galatians 3:29 makes it clear: , "And if you are Christ's, then you are Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise." Whoever calls upon the name of the LORD is saved (Romans 10), and experiences the covenant blessing of salvation. Whoever doesn't misses out on the blessing (John 3). Thank God, however, that Christ is now drawing all people to himself (John 12) and experienced the curse (including that of Deuteronomy 28) himself so that we don't have to. 😀✝️
@@FreedomBibleStudiesall that talk and your still way off the mark 🤥 who are the people of Bible Deuteronomy chapter 28 speaks of? We know that they are ISRAELITES 🙄 who are they TODAY according to the prophecies written about them 🤔

Thank you Joel for the help you give us explaining the Bible. ❤🙏
Fantastic, I'm really enjoying this journey. thank you Joel for these vid,s so I understand the bible.
The Old Jerusalem has fallen they kept on turning their backs on God, so that is why the Father in Heaven paid the ransom for mankind and the only true followers his Son Christ Jesus, as that final "Sacrificial Lamb of God," and grafted into the tree of life are the true Jews. Jesus fulfilled the requirements of the law by paying out his own Son the death we had earned with our sins so that justice was done. Sin was paid for, and his death was personal. Has all Christians know we are not subject to the law Galatians 5:18; Roman 6:14., as we are "Born Again," and live in spirit. The New Jerusalem the Messiah will be brought on his return (Revelation 21:1-5; 22. The Jews of the Old Covenant even today will need to be "Born Again" and live in spirit. How many Christians are a false image/mask and re-present themselves as a false image called the "Person," that is dead on paper, plastic, or computer screens? It is not truly dead, it is not living until someone responds by speaking for it? The City of London is a "State within a State" and controls everything in these lands that people consent to having a contract with who? We can't serve two masters? This is precisely what most people do even Christians? This Satanic System runs deep: look at how many Christians get married and then afterwards register that marriage with the State? The State records all births, deaths, and marriages with the State in their records offices. Any Christian should know that is not where we record their Births, Deaths, and Marriage as they keep all their records together in one place. So, what is the one record the State does not record that Christians do? Yes, Baptism because that is a record of the living, which is "Born again" living in the spirit. Where should or still do record all Births, Deaths, Marriages and Baptisms? In the Book of Life the family Bible, people have been doing so to record their family lineage for hundreds of years. Today do Christians register their children to the State on birth? Today do Christians register any deaths of the family to the State? Today do Christians register their Marriages with the State? Today do Christians register their Baptisms with the State, No. Christians Re-present the dead on paper, plastic, and computer screens without realising they are doing so, and what do the scriptures tell us? King James Bible. Acts 10:34. Then Peter opened his mouth and said, of a truth, I perceive that God is no respecter of persons. Titus 1:14. Not giving heed to Jewish fables and the commandments of men that turn from the truth. James 2:9-10. 9: But if ye have respect to persons, ye commit sin and are convinced of the law as transgressors. 10: For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all. Galatians 2:4-6. 4: And that because of false brethren unawares brought in, who came in privily to spy out our liberty which we have in Christ Jesus, that they might bring us into bondage: 5: To whom we gave place by subjection, no, not for an hour, that the truth of the gospel might continue in you. 6: But of these who seemed to be somewhat, (whatsoever they were, it maketh no matter to me: God accepteth no man's person:) for they who seemed to be somewhat in conference added nothing to me: So, are you a man or a person? So, according to Leviticus in the Old Covenant, all Christians would be put to death today. This is why The Father, sent his Son, Jesus the Messiah to be the final "Sacrificial Lamb of God," to atone for all of mankind's wrongs (sin) and to prove their life after death if we believe that Jesus rose on the Third Day, and repent and be saved by being "Born Again," live in the Spirit. Romans 12:2.And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. Ephesians 4:23;27. 23: And be renewed in the spirit of your mind. 27: Neither gives place to the devil.
This was Brilliant, I really needed to see this. thank you so much Joel.
Oh Wow Joel thank you. I pray for God to make me whole and holy. 🙏🙏🙏

False. You are parroting false Puritan apologetics. Leviticus 18 is not explaining what not to do in terms of "sex". And had you actually read the OT, you'd have heard God give this warning well before they entered the promised land. Exodus 34:11 Observe thou that which I command thee this day: behold, I drive out before thee the Amorite, and the Canaanite, and the Hittite, and the Perizzite, and the Hivite, and the Jebusite. 12 Take heed to thyself, lest thou make a covenant with the inhabitants of the land whither thou goest, lest it be for a snare in the midst of thee: 13 But ye shall destroy their altars, break their images, and cut down their groves: 14 For thou shalt worship no other god: for the Lord, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God: 15 Lest thou make a covenant with the inhabitants of the land, and they go a whoring after their gods, and do sacrifice unto their gods, and one call thee, and thou eat of his sacrifice; 16 And thou take of their daughters unto thy sons, and their daughters go a whoring after their gods, and make thy sons go a whoring after their gods. God condemned idolatry for idolatry's sake, not because of "sex".
@@ProtoGlenn Thanks for the comment. Really appreciate the response. The context for the giving of the laws of sexual immorality to the Israelites, is so that they won't corrupt themselves sexually like they've seen the Egyptians do and a warning against not to do it when they enter the promised land and see the Canaanites doing some practices to their deities. With this in view, God gives a series of laws regarding sexual practice (vv.6-18) for the Israelites to follow so that they may remain holy. I'm not sure what you mean, therefore, that this has nothing to do with sex. Just a clear reading of the chapter will prove otherwise. As for the chapter in Exodus, yes I've read it (and put together a video on it also). I'm not sure what you mean about 'peddling puritan apologetics' either as the angle of these video is neither based around a puritan theology, or apologetics. Simply helping new Christian believers dig into their bible and provide a start point for understanding it. That said, really appreciate your comment and discussion around the text is always helpful. Wishing you well on your journey with the Lord wherever you find yourself today brother. God bless.
@@FreedomBibleStudies False, what is listed in Leviticus 18 are the ordinances(religious laws) of those in the land of Canaan, as mentioned at the beginning and end of the chapter. Why would God frame sexual laws out of religious laws that would have men committing whoredom to Molech and sharing their wives for the purpose of sacrificing the child to Molech? I suggest you read 1 Timothy 1, in regard to vainly jangling laws you don't understand, when Paul says the law is "good" if done lawfully. Paul also says those laws are NOT made for the righteous man. Saying not to adopt their customs, is not the same as saying, here dissect their individual laws and adopt them as prohibited acts. And it is stated clearly Leviticus 20, when God repeats the warning, that He was talking about whoredom unto Molech from among their people. He didn't swerve and make up laws against sex. Incest is a primary example of that, as incest wasn't forbidden or condemned anywhere in the Bible. Yet Puritans picked "incest" out of it, when what is being talked about is "wife sharing" for the purpose of worship to a deity. How can you justify it as laws against sex when it clearly has laws pertaining to the sacrifice of children to a deity?
@@ProtoGlenn Yeah, so they're certainly not 'laws against sex'. The laws are given by God to preserve sex, and prevent any deviances against the proper use of sex, reproduction, and the continuing of the promised seed prophesied in Genesis 3, which the Abrahamic line (Genesis 12, 15), is now continuing. This is what God is warning the Israelites against. And his safeguard against following into the occult driven sexual practices of the other nations is to institute the sexual conduct laws which would be binding on each individual Israelite during that dispensation (the olde covenant). Even to the point of an individual needing to be separated from the camp if they failed to abide by them (vv. 29-30). By following these laws, the Israelites would block any attempt of Satan to corrupt the seed, and potentially thwart God's plans to bring a Messiah to earth through Israel's offspring. We now know that he was unsuccessful in his attempt to do this, as Jesus has now come and made atonement for the sins of humanity once for all (1 John 2:2). Praise God! Thanks for the suggestion to read 1 Timothy 1 as well. I'm certainly well acquainted with this chapter and the way Paul speaks of the law in relation to the new covenant. Ultimately, Christ Jesus is the fulfilment of the law (Colossians 2:10, Matthew 5:17), and so He is the one which makes us holy. As for sexual ethics in the new covenant, Paul speaks extensively on these in his letters to the Corinthians, Ephesians, and Romans. Therefore, we know exactly how sexuality looks in the born again, Spirit-filled life for the new covenant believer. Again, this has nothing to do with 'puritans picking and choosing' elements of the Levitical law. Puritan theology is just as flawed as any other man-made theological based system. Hence, me having no real interest in it except from a historical point of view. The purpose of these videos is to stimulate believers into deeper bible study and unlock the amazing purposes God has for us all in our lives moving forward. I aim to stay clear of any ideological and theological baggage as much as is possible. Once again, thanks for your thoughts though. Iron sharpens iron (Proverbs 27:17). Wishing you well on your journey in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ (2 Peter 3:18).
@@joelgalley3382 The laws have nothing to do with promoting or prohibiting "sex". Canaanites have them for the religious reason of worship. They are not social laws that demand that husbands simply share their wives with anyone and everyone. They are religious laws that tell men to share their wives in worship of Molech. It is absolutely absurd that you somehow think God is making up laws for the Israelites there. The laws already existed, because the Canaanites made them for THEIR religion. God is warning against the whoredom unto that god. I already pointed you to Exodus 34, but I'm not even sure if you read it... God didn't swerve or change to suddenly be concerned with how you are allowed to have sex. God isn't named "Jealous" because of "sex". God retained the context of holding the Israelites to following his given Commandments, that they are NOT to worship other gods. In fact, Leviticus 21 specifies that the daughters of the high priests are not to become whores, detailing that God doesn't want the practice whoredom to be done unto Him either. It also details it is the high priests whose wives that were to be taken in their virginity. It also differentiates between the types of women one shouldn't take as a wife, being that of a whore, or one who is already married and put away by her husband. This completely obliterates the Puritan ideology that sex outside of marriage is a sin, or that you have to be virgin until married and stifles their use of the term "sexual immorality", because it contradicts the Bible in all regards. 1 Timothy 1 has Paul literally criticizing people for doing exactly what you are currently doing now, using the law against people in absolute willful ignorance. That the commandments are of charity, faith, and good conscience, which is exactly how Jesus laid it down, that all the law hung on loving God and loving your neighbor. Yet Paul states you have swerved from the commandments, desiring to be a teacher of law, vainly jangling laws that you don't even understand, that those laws were good if done lawfully, and that those laws were not made for the righteous man(which is what I've been pointing out this whole time, as the laws in Leviticus 18 are not God's laws).
