Maintaining front lawn real grass can be expensive and stressful. It requires scheduled watering, fertilizing, lawnmowering & edging. During summer, it turns its color from very green to brown & sometimes they die & need replacement....My grass are 27 years old & I would like to replace them with an artificial turf. Not only will I save water & water bill, but it also relieve me from maintaining a real grass, so its a win win decision.
