I made a "surron" from scratch with a Mototec kids bike and I'll tell ya somethin, if you change the gearing and wheel size it'll go way faster. Stock motor and battery even will go over 50mph. I stretched the rear wheel back 6 inches and lifted the front with those exact same forks with ProTaper bars, I built it for 1700 total.

Good you show the fire extinguisher but from my experience that type of powder extinguisher may not help in the event of a real lithium fire. The only thing that really worked when it happened to me was a garden hose and lots of water. It was challenging to drag the bike outside but thankfully I did. When it happened to me, it was due to a non-BMS LiPo battery getting charged for the first time in a while. What you're showing looks like a BMS pack. It's very important to use BMS packs and not to run too small of a battery for the power you're pulling.

My dead zone is 0 i put it to .5 for safety

What kit setup are you running? I have one too under load it hits around 35mph and free spin it hits 50mph. I'm running a 72v 2000w rear hub motor with a 45 Amp controller on a 72v 60amp battery. Considering upping it to a 72v 8000w kit with a 72v 200amp battery Also can you link that fork? It's nice

Does it have to use a hub motor, or did you choose to do it that way for cost or something?

Running 200/530A on a qs205 50H motor is insane. You never had overheating issues ? Have you ever done some enduro/hill climbs with it at some point ?

I got the 72530 far driver controller and I have not gotten it to work. I am having a 9 beeps phase current overflow alarm and it will not go into self learning mode. Do you have any idea to get the motor spinning?

I want to play with one of these like I played with the settings on my stereo in the 90s! There's so many that I don't understand when I look at the screens on these videos. Just seems kind of fun that you can put a tune on your e-bike.
