My old man grew up in this era and a lot of his influences came to me. He never really liked kiss and neither did I but the more older I got the more I’d branch out and find I was missing out on some really good bands. Kiss has their hits and whatever,but I have found the deeper cuts are where it’s at and I absolutely love shock me and so many more from them. And also found out that gene is not the front man, but ace is. Well I know they rotate singers but to me gene blows. He just licks the air the whole time 😝

Kiss was the greatest band in the land back then I’m thankful I got to see him for the first time in two years after this in 1979 on the dynasty tour and it’s $7.50 to get in ticket. Never the same after Peter and ace left this was it for me.

Freddie was very intelligent. Shy off stage. But on stage he was dynamic with fantastic vocals and owned the audience. He loved being there and the fans loved him for it . Brilliant interview.

I’ve been listening to U2 since they started a friend of mine who was Irish was following them before they were even known via black market old 8 tracks and etc early 70 s. And I was hooked and never looked back because there’s no other band who can beat them and I still can’t stop listening and watching them and still and always in amazement like my first time listening.
