Good form, get a little lower when you flick the bar as if you were not quite squatting, and make sure you are using your momentum and flicking your wrists more than turning the bar into a clean. Either than that, good job buddy!!

bro I saw your bucket loading video, and I have just one suggestion: Sand. Say you have two 5-gallon buckets with handles - you could do farmer's carries, bearhug walks, and alot more. You WILL get stronger just from this. search for Strongman/sandbag training videos. peace.
