    it just makes no sense. you ask everyone sing F4. but different voices have different vocal mechanisms on that pitch. it is upper note for bass, that is mixed or can be sung in falsetto. it is passagio tone for sopranos and some mezzos. it is upper chest note for tenors. different effort. different mechanisms. some can only scream this. I don't understand. May be we should transpose it for males. Is it for chest voice? or what?

    • @thevoicerehab
      @thevoicerehab ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes use the octave lower for male voices. It’s following The research based protocol for strengthening speaking voice by Joseph Stemple. Remember as soft as possible and balanced definitely a head voice tone and very resonant

    • @thevoicerehab
      @thevoicerehab ปีที่แล้ว

      Unfortunately, sulcus vocalis is very difficult to improve. Did your laryngologist offer you a vocal cord injection? Try these exercises to find balance and strengthen the voice, but the vibratory source in the middle is affected by the Soukous vocalis, and it’s hard to regain.

    Thank you so much for sharing this video. I went to have my vocal cords checked this week and they're healthy. The specialist said that it's muscle weakness due to menopause. Will this technique help me? Who knows, but it can't hurt to try it can it? I know that when I tried it the first time that my voice was breaking and gritty but that's nothing unusual as when I sing just now, my voice disappears soon after I start. All the best.
