@@jessikabrown7165 I will send the links of the examples in a reply to this comment because YT sometimes deletes comments with links. In Malta we have folk singing called għana. There are 3 surviving kinds of Għana. Għana tal-fatt (usually about a sad fact or story); għana spirtu pront (singers duking it out in twos and inventing the lyrics on the spot); then Għana la Bormliża also known as Għana fil-Għoli.

All singers are really good in this bout.
