Yes. Crime spree is supposed to be hard but if you use good stunning stuff like flamethrowers, tasers and poison it works. You can kill still but uses up 100s of flame ammo so thats why we only took out stuff like medics dozers and cloakers. But yes the whole point is to abuse stuns instead of killing and finish the mission as fast as possible. Nah crime spree once you get to such a high lvl you can infamy in less than 2 hours sometimes so not much grind required lol.

How you can still kill cops despite crime spree modifiers giving cops plot armour is flame throwers have this weird loophole in the code where they can melt cops even though they have such a high hp count (im unsure why this is the case but it works). For damage its pointless using armour cause you just get one shot regardless, dodge is viable but its still sorta wonky the best you can use is a suit with anarchist. With all the cops taking flame/poison damage it regens a bit of armour like 3-4 times a sec so you have a good chance of taking multiple shots without going down as you need to loose your armour then take another hit to go down. TLDR faster your armour regens the more of a chance you wont go down. Except snipers watch out for those they can just bypass your armour and 1 shot you regardless all the time unless you are lucky and dodge.
