Just an observation. In these property videos you spend more time showing off the local area than the actual property. It’s useful to know a little about the surrounding area but when I’m trying to hunt for a place to buy, I care much more about seeing the actual interior of the property and its facilities. A more useful video would be a guided tour with the presenter showing off the properties. Not a tour of a local area. I can get they from Google Maps if I need it.
