So does the control box operate just like the outboards would to disengage the Outdrives? My throttle handle pulls inboard to disengage the prop to only run the engine for my outboard motor. I assume inboard engine control boxes operate the same?

Make sure you’re fuel pump is working properly and you can always try starting fluid
