I found this video very enlightening. I just missed a little more explanation of the smart tracking part, specifically tracking, zooming and whether you can turn smarttracking on and off in a schedule. When zooming in on smarttracking, I would like to see precisely how well you can zoom in on the person and the face, which is ultimately what determines whether a “possible suspect” comes into view properly and recognizably. Could you show this in a complementary video? And then especially for this camera DS-2SE7C425MWG-EB/26(F0)

Hi there, can you help me out on the settings using a ds-7608NI-M2 nvr with 2 camera's ids-2cd7a26g0/p-izhsy, one should open the entree speedgate the other the exit speedgate. Now should i do the settings in the cams or directly into the NVR ? There is an old proxy system in use and i also want it to add the older proxy users to the system, so can the system make a picture of all the cars that are already allowed through the old proxy system ? Can they be added automaticly to the anpr system or is this done by hand ?....and the importaind thing, can the NVR trigger the gates, because my cables are not enough the only thing near the camera's is a network switch....maybe you can pm me or something ?

Very helpful video, thanks I presume this door module can be addressed to an outdoor door module as you have shown and also a second RFID reader to control exit access. Ie 2x units that can open the door in parallel. Do you have any details on this?

Anyone knows why my iPhone doesn’t ring? I have two panels in house working fine while someone is calling the bell but my phone doesn’t ring. It gives me pops alert while see movement. Is it because I use eSIM on phone? Normal SIM card is my work number and my private is eSIM. Through phone I can launch every camera, replay and even open the door but it is quiet while calling. I have set in on 3S to recall to phone but it is not working. Please help

You only used 4 wires to power it up? Can cat 5 or cat 6 cable be used to power unit if spliced into the rs485 connector?
