We liked it. I didn’t use the manual and books constantly. I’d like to more this time around. I think it was helpful introducing different concepts. I really liked the workbook with the letter craft pages. It helped reinforce the lessons. There are some more in depth reviews and explanations on TH-cam that might help you decide better if it would be a good fit for your student.

Yeah I like to thrift shoes when I can but my kids have wider feet so wal mart shoes work best for that it seems. I have the best of luck with dress shoes for my daughter at value village though. I liked Virgin River but I'm not a fan of Jack! He's so annoying in my opinion! 😂 I'd like to see how the books are in comparison! I do like the story but I've heard the books are better. I love the romance with Jack's sister and her love interest in the show (can't remember his name) they were my fave couple. ❤

It’s a Social Studies Curriculum from ACE (Accelerated Christian Education) I believe it’s called Aces Paces too. I am very unfamiliar with the company but this is their Canadian social studies program. From what I do know this company is very popular in the USA and has stuff for lots of subjects. Hope this answers your question.

That’s cool you are homeschooling two teen athletes this year. Yeah they have lots of different products! We will definitely focus on reading but especially my oldest he’s getting really good at reading so I don’t mind adding some grammer and such in to challenge him and help his reading of knowing grow. I think my 2nd grader who is improving daily in his reading skills could really benefit from the added grammer and understanding.

Oh that’s neat about Hawaiian social studies and Aussie! That would also be neat to learn more about Japan! Yes, sometimes it’s a lot of writing as long as they know the concepts and have the knowledge and are learning we can be flexible with the worksheets and our approach. We have notebooks for writing too. I’m excited about the rabbit trails bible curriculum! Thanks for watching!
