Kettlebell Solo™ is a foundational kettlebell program that builds strength, enhances fitness and develops body awareness. We offer kettlebell training that is safe and accessible for all ages and fitness levels, and all you need to start is one light kettlebell! Tone and strengthen your legs with this lower body blaster! Plus, learn a new breathing exercise at the end of class.

Not to be a downer but working out like this will become your whole life. The moment you stop muscle turns to fat. Imagine if you paid this much attention to the government. We’d be fit instead of fat.

@@dogrescuer1321 I love goblet squats, slow tempo split squats, Pausey squats, and supported single leg variations. You can find many of them in the classes on our channel

@@dogrescuer1321 you can do split squats while holding onto something stable, so that balance is not an issue, if you have that available.

The Deadlift itself is great for working your back. Besides that, Bent Rows, Pushups, Presses are all great options.

You’d have to use such a low weight if it was for cardio to get any usefulness out of it. If you’re using it for strength training tho then fantastic, you could also ditch the goofy switching hands deal.

Most exercises where you hardly control your moves are overrated. Thanks for demoing it here. You can pick the weight that will injure your back with Russian Twists and call it overrated. At the same time many successful athletes, cyclists for example, will use it with manageable weight and climb in their sport's ratings.
@@lisapet160 I am controlling my movement just fine, and with a 40kg kettlebell I might add. The reason this is an overrated exercise from my perspective (as a kettlebell coach of over 13 years, how about you?) is that it’s not accessible for most people - it demands a level of shoulder and spine mobility most people struggle with, and there are better ways to build strength to get up off the floor than this particular exercise.
@@kettlebellsolo I am unsubscribing for " how about you?)" . In almost every video you are admitting that you trashed your body over the years, including those 13 years of coaching. Fix yourself, including head. There are exercises for novices, for people with limitations, and there are exercises for people who are ready for advanced and complicated moves. If you are not ready for a particular exercise, it does not mean that it's overrated. Many are not ready for simple overhead KB press due to shoulder join limitations. Is it "overrated"? UPD: "how about your". I am the one who told you about training periodization in ancient Greece, those Tertades concept, which you were not aware of. Did it under yours another cry over overtraining.
