I always prioritize riding safely, and during the incident, I was riding at a speed of 50 km/h, well within my limits and below the recommended speed of 70 km/h for that highway also staying on the left side ( slow pace side) , as confirmed with the cops and yourself at the time. The accident occurred because a third vehicle overtook recklessly, forcing me to make a sudden maneuver to take my bike on the left.( not even on the service lane ) Unfortunately, your car was parked in an unsafe spot on the highway ( some part of it was on the highway ) without hazard lights, and the presence of local vendors in that area added to the risk. I understand that we both suffered losses because of someone else’s mistake, and this serves as a reminder for all of us to stay mindful of road safety to avoid such incidents in the future.. @ yes we do have contacts but stopping on national highway and buying vegetables was your emergency right which was on the behind dashboard and by the we were polite to you otherwise you know what locals can do and don’t forget we helped you to change tyre as well and if you know rules then why didn’t you clam for insurance? Is it safe to drive without insurance ?
