You can choose any for Postal because you dont need to go to institute for classes in this case. And for exam you can choose a center in/around patna(whichever is available) while you fill examination form.

mam if in inter there are multiple attempts, but in finals cleared in first attempt then in campus placement final is matter or else inter attempts are also taken into consideration
