Case Study: Firfield Primary School, Derbyshire
Firfield Primary School in Derbyshire faced a critical need to refurbish its playground, as the existing timber equipment had become unsafe for pupils. School business manager Annabella Neasham reached out to AMV Playground Solutions to find a durable and long-lasting replacement. The decision was made to replace the wooden trim trail with a steel alternative to ensure longevity and minimise future maintenance costs.

How are you supposed to access the tap if you just want a drink ? You have to be carrying a bottle or you're NOT ALLOWED to drink the water. What Bad design.... A drinking fountain should be accessible to all.
Hi, Thanks for your comment. Yes unfortunately because it is a public space it is advised that you use the fountain for bottle filling to avoid contamination. Public drinking fountains are generally on the decline due to contamination concerns and the majority of the public opting to carry a reusable water bottle to limit plastic waste - therefore bottle refill stations have become more popular.
