My adventure kicked off in Wellington, New Zealand, with a hop to Auckland, then on to Thailand via Singapore. I landed in Chiang Mai with big dreams, but Mother Nature had other plans-rain, and lots of it. I waited for the skies to clear and a bike to materialize, but eventually, impatience got the better of me. Drizzle or not, it was time to hit the road!
The sunsets? A disaster. Even at prime spots, I managed to snag views that screamed "meh." High spots, low spots-my luck was consistent. But I wasn’t there to win the photography contest. I was there to ride!
The Mae Hong Son Loop to the Golden Triangle turned into a five-day whirlwind of continuous riding, epic views, and nights spent under the stars in national parks. By the end of week one, my vlogging dreams were still alive (barely) as editing took a backseat to riding.
Thailand? Absolutely stunning. The people? The kindest you’ll ever meet. The food? A never-ending buffet of happiness. One week down, three more to go-let’s see if my editing game can catch up to my adventures!
