We're back with another vlog. You guys seemed to have loved the previous, so these are here to stay - every Sunday. This week we traveled to Johannesburg to host a 247 run, came across some incredible art, and traveled back home to Cape Town to train.

So I don’t know what kind of satisfaction this is for you in the end but you have nothing but respect from me my guy cause if I’m being honest with you I would push my self a lot “I would never do this” but if I did I would never make it like this just the fact that your moving 50 miles a day is fucking phenomenal. Impressive and anyone who does these races ultra marathons marathons your fucking Animals.

It is, but like any other major city there’s certain areas to avoid and you have to keep your wits about you. I feel safe here
