    really good tips!!! can you please make a video on how to know which string tension is best for particular players?

      Thank you so much! And yes of course, I will try to make that one of my next videos. The general recommendation is to go as low as you can handle without the balls flying out. This is due to injury prevention as poly strings tend to be very stiff and cause discomfort. This will also give you easier access to power. Generally, I would stay within tension between 45-50 pound for beginners. And that range would go to 45-55 for more advanced players. I string mine between 50-52 depending on the weather. (There are always outliers like Sinner who uses 60 pounds) I would say play around within that range and you'll find what works for you but start lower. Sorry for the long response but I hope that answers your question and thank you so much for commenting!

    Hey I am trying to improve my forehand, but my grip keeps changing from semi-western to full western and i am unable to hit low balls, could you please make a video on forehand grip and follow thorough thx. Loved this video btw.

      Thank you so much for commenting! and sure! Does your grip go to Western in the middle of the shot? Both are technically acceptable but if it switches mid-shot maybe have a look into regripping your racket. In general it is harder to hit low balls with western but is still possible and I will make a video on that! Thank you so much for commenting!
