Is there any tips on performing the first PS combo shown on 5:12? When I do it the opponent already almost falls into the ground after my hold dodge, so after the H, the blue V gets dodged😢 (I'm on 240 fps)

i found out that you can just ACCA - F2 - slide uppercut - graplebump - HV with Hengsword and Katana, it's almost like default bnb combo but with additonal 300-400 damage also, you need to delay slide uppercut a tiny bit to gain distance, otherwise you'll fly in front of enemy and miss the grapplebump

how i only got served this video by the algorithm now I find weird but its great. the "20/30" principle you mention is actually pretty close to general teaching/learning strategies. Practicing the different parts, with breaks in between and then chilling is genuinely great advice. I come from language teaching so idk if it 1to1 transfers but what I would also recommend is short phases of application. So it would look like this: 20min practice -> 30min break (maybe even with games or concepts that are close (like aiming but chill) -> 20 min practice -> 20ish min break -> 6-12min custom game if you can find people to practice application in a human setting -> short review if you notice mistakes or show footage to someone else -> repeat This should help not only learning the combo but using it in a non repeatable setting like on a bot. Custom game ofc is not the same as in BR or tournament setting but its closer and you have to get used to using it on humans anyway somehow. In language teaching we call it task-based learning which basically gives the learner a real-life situation with authentic input (here custom game) where they have to use their own resources (combo training on bot) to overcome the authentic situation. You can go even farther by setting yourself certain goals or design a sheet to check if you understand what you have to do and when (condition opponent, baiting etc) instead of just learning the combo.> this got way longer then I intended lol but genuinely great video man, looking forward to seeing more <3

Im not sure if I saw it wrong, but is it possible to blue focus weapon then F? Which triggers the F followed by a stacked 2x3x charged blue focus which was precharged prior to engaging. I think i saw that a couple of times already.

Nice! But aren't most of these useless as they don't add a lot of damage compared to the potential of using the f to win neutral?

Of course, there are still various combo endings that you can do with some combos or there are even a few more difficult variants. But I hope I was able to give you a rough overview of what Matari can do. Katana, Nunnies, GS, PS, Fan and Longsword are the weapons I recommend for the combos. Dual weapons, dagger and fistblades have almost no combos with their F2 -> use them for a neutral win instead. I still put Dual Blades and Halberds in the video for completing the weapons.
