The last phase of leather handling before dispatch to customers is the storage of processed leather in a storage system. Each leather is measured here, marked with an area and stored in a warehouse. www.karo-leather.com/

In the warehouse, the produced hides are measured on a measuring machine. Each hide is measured and marked with an area (sqmt or sqft). The leather is automatically folded into a package and placed on a pallet. In addition to storing leather on a pallet, it is also possible to store leather on a stand (horse), depending on the customer's wishes. www.karo-leather.com/

The selection workplace evaluates whether the final product corresponds to the customer's specifications, the required quality and also cleans the leather from damaged or non-compliant parts. Then the product is moved to the measuring and storage part of our plant. www.karo-leather.com/

After production is completed, the physical properties of the leather are tested and evaluated using an abrasion test and a bending test, which are basic tests that must be performed to determine whether the leather produced meets all the requirements. www.karo-leather.com/

The products travel to the ironing machine, where certain chemicals are activated to make the leather either shinier or more pleasant to the touch. At the same time, the surface is ironed and unevenness is created on the leather, which arose during production. www.karo-leather.com/
