The analysis has been done at multiple levels. 2nd house and lord of the 2nd house are also impacted. Apart from that Ketu is activating 8th house (stress, pain) and as per KP rules, Rahu/Ketu also give results of their Sign Lord. In this case, Ketu is also signifying 1st house due to Sun which is negating 2nd house. Yes, this part has been missed out in the video.
