Yes,it's hot washing line, equipped two sets hot washing tank, using direct steam injection heating, PET flakes are washed in water at a temperature of 80-90°C for 15-20 minutes. During this process, a cleaning powder or caustic soda is added to enhance the cleaning ability, effectively removing dirt and grease adhered to the PET flakes.
