You replaced it with what brand and model of Thermal/Heat Store? Advance Appliances do some decent models I believe. I assume you chose a model that does not have a pcb board at all, plate heat exchanger or manual filling tank. Boilermates, Pulsacoils and Gledhill's other offerings are notoriously unreliable because those components are prone to failure.
Its not a tutorial. Just a short clip of somone doing one - on really poor quality video. Sorry mate but its time to take this down.
