Try listening, and then you would know they were not council fireworks

It _was_ a strong building when standing here; with coast and beach views. Perhaps with reduced population there is less need for local policing. It does look dismal conditions. Who will pay for all the local teardown, rebuilding and finance ? Who/how will pay ?
