I believe with onChange client script, we have to write onload client script too. So, that this functionality covers all the scenario.
We can do this requirement only with gliderecord like using getRowCount() & then printing the active incidents

its great explanation but we didnt use system property in client side. only server side its works. Correct me if im wrong we use script include and call glide ajax in client side. its only possible i think.
by using the assignment rules we can do easy way. we didnt write any code
