This video is from about 11 weeks ago. Since then I have been training 3-4x a week for soccer and 4x a week with my trainer Sandro from KVK. I have improved a lot in the past 11 weeks but unfortunately do not have any new videos yet. This drill is really amazing for soccer because it works on reaction, acceleration, rotation, and deceleration.
