It was a pleasure being part of this episode of Leaders Recon! We covered so much valuable information on VA Home Loans, and I’m grateful for the chance to share insights into how veterans can leverage their benefits for homeownership. Many misconceptions exist, especially about using VA loans more than once, the VA funding fee, and the flexibility veterans have when buying a home. It's crucial to do your research, know your financial picture, and seek out a lender who specializes in VA loans to make the process smoother. I hope this episode sheds light on some challenges and opportunities veterans face in the housing market.
Appreciate the detailed breakdown! A bit off-topic, but I wanted to ask: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). What's the best way to send them to Binance?
I remember this guy, he was my Senior TAC during RTAC. Professional guy just like all of them at WTC
The discussion does not answer the question What is the role of military intelligence. I believe it is the collective, collation, innteepredatinn and dissemination of information related to the military objective.
Thanks for the detailed video. Hope this helps future AA attendees .
Great stuff!
Appreciate the video! I'm a retired Army guy, got in young, retired at 38, enjoyed serving and taking care of soldiers; now I create content to assist potential recruits, current service members, and veterans. I just posted a video on my channel where I essentially break down the difference between Ranger School and RASP and explain where the completion of each takes you moving forward in your career. The first comment I received on the video asked if a Guard soldier could attend Ranger School...that gave me the idea to make a video on RTAC, that is why I am here, so I can provide my audience from the Guard a solid understanding of the process they will go through if they are looking to get their tab. I've already been on the Fort Moore website and got all that information, but there's nothing like getting poop directly from an Instructor at the course...so again, I appreciate the video!
Active duty is allowed to go to RTLI this year.
Should be an active army program, especially for the XVIIIth Airborne Corps.
Wish you would have asked what it’s like when you’re in a relationship, bringing them along etc
RIP Capt. Orville R Thompson 111th Inf 28th Division August 1918, as well as 1st Lt. Willard F Maloney Company M who survived the War

I am about to ship to boot camp, my long time friend recommended i do ranger school. I'm curious because he said it would be easy for me as someone who wrestled for years both folk style and collegiately even though im 29 he seems to think I would still do well. Does anyone have a similar experience? I am 29 so I will be one of the older guys in the enlisted group
yea dude if you wrestled at a high level your tough enough. just get your running in , focus on building up your tendons and ligament strength .
My uncle was in the 37th. They all hated MacArthur. Almost as much as they hated the cavalry units that went ahead and got all the glory
Cavalry entered Manila from the West and the 37th entered the city from the North at the same time. 37th saw the most combat
Is there any risk with publicly sharing your role as an intelligence officer? Is there any way it could potentially compromise yours, or your families safety? It is scary knowing you have adversaries that may seek to manipulate people you know to gain information?
I’d say it depends, I’m intelligence acquisitions roles, yes, in a briefing role, not really, no, but you do end up showing the world who gets all source intel, so the threat is still there. Especially with cybercrime increasing in its constant threat. I hope they don’t use real names on this because it may give hackers something to gather information on, to use, especially since I know what kind of “secure” passwords people tend to use in the service :/
You gained a new follower!!
So when does it come out?
We are wrapping up the approvals process in the next couple months. We will know more once that process is complete.
Any updates?
@@rchon27 Yes, we've received approval at the National Guard level for release on our channels. The legal team is performing a review for a wider release, and that is on-going.
Waiting for this!!!
Great video!
Awesome
Welcome back!
I was in the first Air Assult class , '63 at Benning when they formed the 11 Air Assult Div ( Test) ......
Outstanding video 🎉 thank you
SFAB is budget SF, am I right?
"Joining the National Guard and becoming an Army Ranger"
DC aviator and you didn’t stop jan 6? shammer! lolololololololol
Out west if you ask some one how far from one place to another they will tell you in miles, back east they will tell you in minutes or hours how long to get from point A to point B drives me crazy. Thank both of you for your service to this country.
At the end of planning, the "how" should be answered as well.... you left the "how" out at the 2:40 mark of the video. The "how" is the concept of operations or simply called the CONOPS. Additionally, risk is defined by all activities not under your immediate control. These should be identified in every stage of planning/replanning. When they are identified, they should be labeled as accepted, avoided, transferred, or controlled. Depending on how the risk is labeled will drive how it is managed.
I went to AA at Ft. Campbell. Class 60-96, roster number 303. The highest roster number was 360+. Ultimately 63 of us graduated.
Wait these guys are rejects that could not pass SF selection.
Her voice is cringe and annoying
i guess we can assume this is not coming out huh
:(
The approval process is going well, but slowly. It will be coming out, and news will being out on it in the next month.

Yes, meetings are going well, and the reception has been overwhelmingly positive. We are in the last steps of the approval process, and the last few doors have been opened for us. More to follow.
SFC Pounding! Fantastic NCO and Instructor!!!
I'm a retired CW3, and I applied for Warrant Officer flight starting in my 7th year (25 years old) from 1990 - 1994 when I was an enlisted soldier. It's the only thing I ever wanted to do. I had a stellar career up to the point when I started applying for flight school. When I first applied in 1990 I had a 130 GT score, multiple 300 PT test scores, Excellent NCOER'S, Pass my flight physical with flying colors, the flight test scores were different back then, but I scored a 123 (which I was always told was a very good score), I was interviewed by senior aviation warrant officers for my recommendation letter, and I felt very confident that I would be selected. But unfortunately for 4 consecutive years, I was fully qualified "not selected", a total of 4 times. For the life of me I could not understand why I was passed over and never selected?? Still to this day some 30+ years later, I still don't know. I remember being hurt and so disappointed every time the board results came out and I was passed over. I ended up applying for warrant officer in my military intelligence field and got selected my first board. I remember being at Ft Rucker going through training and talking to some of the individuals who were going to flight school after the warrant basic course and I just couldn't believe some of the people that were selected to go to flight school. That made my multiple times applying even worse mentally, but at the end of the day I still became a Warrant and did very well for the Army and my country, but it still stings every time I see a UH-60 flying overhead, and I often say, that should have been me.
I’m curious if I’m using my credentialing assistance from the military on a program to apply to my civilian job. Then how could I get reimbursed from my employer if they want receipts from me and proof that i took the class and how did “I paid for it?”
Whens this coming out
This is currently under review by the Office of Public Affairs at the Pentagon. We will know more once they complete their process.
Smells like another avenue of "nation building ", in which the US has sucked at since WWII. A waste of manpower and money. Nothing to do with our Constitution, just a career builder for some. Look at our results in Iraq and Afghanistan.
The Warrant Officer has been around since 1918. Why does everyone insist on redefining them?
Wow, whole lotta people don’t know basic battle drills… fyi this is number 7… we’ve been doing this and revising it since WW1
My drill sergeants said we would never need bd7 then Ukraine happened and now I have to teach myself.
Any update on when this will be released?
The episodes are complete and are currently up at the Pentagon for review and approval. Once they complete their process, we will release!
Its the Hef
Best decision I made in my life! 11B3V SSG Airborne Ranger to a Wobbly One W-1. OH-58s, UH-1s, T-42, C-12, and RC-12. Retired as a CW5. 22 follow on years with the FAA as a second career. Now enjoying retirement. Triple dipping.
This is also kinda where I'm at rn, I'm a SSG, Ranger tab, pathfinder, air assault, airborne and I'm tired of sleeping outside and ready to take it to the sky
In what way if any did the 28th’s machine gun battalions aid in this battle?
So these are soldiers that could not pass SF and are given a participation trophy. This unit will be done away with since there are plenty of SF guys out of wartime mode now.
That's exactly why they were created. SF was doing a lot of DA missions and not FID. So to keep up with the need for FID the SFAB was created.
You could not be more wrong SF advises UNCONVENTIONAL warfare, SFAB advises everything else SFAB simply doesn’t have the bandwidth to advise it all I can see how you would be jealous tho
Are 13 series granted a shot at SFAB NG. PS, im from NY
Yes almost every team requires a 13F that hopefully is JFO qualified
Awesome episode. Great work
I attended Army Flight School in July1969. Graduated May 1970. Assigned to 159th Med Detachment, Cu Chi VNM. Most rewarding job I ever had. Retired December 1985. Think of my aviation brothers often.
Is it still looking like a February release? Can’t wait!
We are currently in the review process with outside entities. Once they complete their reviews, we will release!
Can you do multiple certificates and combination of degrees? Say you finish a your pilot license and then move on to a Master's degree? is it the same with the GI bill? Can you combine them? And can you get multiple certificates and degrees?
Still targeting February?
The episodes are complete and are currently up at the Pentagon for review and approval. Once they complete their process, we will release!
