How the hell could the buy have a problem doing 7lb dumbell curls for 45 seconds and be able to execute that last exercise? Makes no sense.
Haha 😂 the dumbbells are all in kg so they were 15.5lbs - still need to work on that bicep strength though 🤣 hope you enjoyed the workout 💪🏼🙌🏼
