If the main part of your unit works this will work. It needs the stock CPU. Your essentially just replacing the screen and adding inputs and a DVD player. So if you feel like what’s not working is just your screen it’ll work

@@White_Ryce Thank you. The only thing not working is the ability to make any sound come from any of the choices...radio, sirius, cd, aux. Everything displays, just doesn't play. I swapped the whole unit out with my other 2011 c70, and it works in there. So the unit is good, something is wrong in THIS car. Confusing.

It’s been so long. What I did was piece together videos like my own with the instructions. At that point it was fairly easy to troubleshoot

It does it automatically because you are using the stock radio CPU and just changing out the monitor essentially.

@@White_Ryce does it have to be that specific radio or can it be any kind of double din?

@@reidpennington8866 I believe it has to be the exact one due to memory also in the monitor. They communicate together

bob bungus the 4 bolts are part of the new strut tower assembly. The entire top of the tower is new. The large bolt in the middle is where it all joins together. There’s 3 bolts fixed to the new mount that match the pattern of the stock one. Hope that helps

I see the bigger bolt in the middle that holds it all together and the three studs on the ends that mount it to the strut tower. So the 4 torx bit screws have to be loosened to adjust it I believe. If you can't reach those while it's mounted to the car then how do you adjust the camber?

I’m standing in my garage typing this right now with frustration. My ‘09 C30 only has 103K and has been garaged it’s whole life but these damned 5mm BCV bolts will NOT budge. I’ve used both straight and ball style Allen’s and they just won’t come out. Any advice?

NorthernChev I’d say soak the bolts with WD40 if not a Blaster Penetrating Catalyst. When I was done with the job I had bloody knuckles from the super unreasonable tight quarters. This car has the easiest headlights to work on in the world but everything else was a challenge

@@ConnerAndFriends1 You, sir, were ABSOLUTELY right when you said, "this install really, really sucks". It absolutely did. But... I finally got it done and now I can't stop winding it up, just to hear it blow of every time I take off. It's kind of addicting. It doesn't necessarily add any real horsepower, but it certainly added 120 HP of FUN. I recommend this to anyone with a C30 T5.

Of my C30? A light silver...almost carbon fiber color. The unit is a shade lighter than black and has a flat matte finish

I got it from the Bluepower website

Replaced the springs, added an adjustable lower camber for the rear, and an adjustable strut mount for the front to eliminate the negative stance. Left the shocks. The front strut mount was machined by Kaplhenke Racing on a per order basis. Took a couple months for it. Have a video in my feed featuring it. Just borrowed a spring compressor and that was it.

I didn’t change the shocks only the springs. It had very little bounce compared to some other dropped cars I’ve been in
