Curious... Think the slipper clutch upgrade available for the other 1/12 WLToys buggies could be made to work with this chassis? I was looking at one on AliExpress and the back of it looks like it might work. Then it's possibly only a question of the correct length dogbone and diff cup to connect to that front differential. Thoughts? Also, do you think the upgraded MJX G series metal differentials could work front and back? Maybe even the MJX G2 diffs and CVD setup from the 1/14 scale MJX cars?

Is it possible to adjust the end points for the 2 speed gearbox servo?

what i don't like about this rc car is that it has 4 steering which is like cheating and it removes the fun of it being realistic.... They should just add some steer angle on the front tires just like the steer angle of real cars and it would be amazing.

Did you get any power reduction from making it 4wd? I had a differential from the Toyota 4tuner “ and I axle swapped it and tbh I felt slower, less power and did not steer well. So maybe for a reason, also reading the manual says if made 4wd power could be affected I gotta find it where it says it.

I own both the JJRC Conquer Pro and the MJX 14210. Both these cars are absolute beasts in their own right, but the absolute brute between the two is the MJX 14210. Also does anyone else experience the JJRC/SCY Pro running out of full performance quite quickly? The JJRC does a few powerful runs and then it seems all of a sudden to cut the power by 25% until it cuts out about 15 runs later with a flat battery.

There are no similarities between the two cars except the body style. The JJRC is a rebranded Su Chi Yu Pro version, while the MJX is a totally new model built from the ground up. The MJX is based on the very successful MJX 14301 drift car, while the JJRC is based on the classic tried and tested Su Chi Yu chassis that stood the test of time. In fact the Su Chi Yu Pro models are now so good that they are starting to surpass the MJX Hyper Go 1/16 scale models where durability, performance, reliability, stability and handling is concerned.

I just set up one of these on one of my crawlers, and afterward I went into the settings for throttle and brake calibration. I did a calibration and now my steering is on full left lock and the green led on the left side is lit up and at will not turn off. I reset the remote and it is still it up, what do I need to do to fix it? I even removed the batteries for a couple of days and it still isn't working. Please let me know. Thank you. Also after watching your video I don't have the advanced menu option on mine.

Not hardly underrated. Everyone that has one loves it. They actually just sold out for a minute. But not underrated. Unfortunately the popular channels look down on these small brands. They’re more so Axial and Traxxas fan boys.

Compare the new Team Corally 1/10 and 1/8 vehicles to the Caster Racing 821. Also compare them to the half dozen FS Racing 1/8 variants.I bought some old New stock Caster Racing EX 2.0R plus RTR cars from AliExpress and such good cars. I now have a Kagama 4S ordered (same chassis, more or less.)

Great video but you forgot to mention Gyro reverse. I have the same 10CH receiver and i manual is written to click twice quickly onto binding button to reverse. If I do that it starts to blink red continuously but gyro not reversed. Still didn't find how to do it. 😢

Is there a way to make the screen turn off when you're not using the menus and such? I like these transmitters with the screens and all the options but it seems like having a screen on all the time is going to kill battery life.

Got mine yesterday from AliX, now below US$30 (Nov 2024), shipped to Germany within seven days. I am not quite excited as you sound, but basically it is OK for that price. Fairly light (it needs more weight to gain traction), makes really bad whining (electrical, not mechanical) noises when using the proportional power control. Steering servo range is quite limited. Spare parts (deco stuff, screws..) are included, that's nice. Some owners seem to pimp this cheap model with a lot of heavy duty extras, is it really worth it? Then I could have bought a better made model right away. Let's see how long all the plastic in the drive train will last.. BTW: why is NOBODY mentioning that is NOT a true scale car? It is not 1:12, it is 1:14,5 based on the 1:1 Toyota body length, so it may look a little silly when playing with the big boys and their true 1:12 scale vehicles in the sandbox..

I have a Trx4 and busted installed a castle creation copperhead 10 esc and pared it with like a $35-$40 motor I found on Amazon, it was working good for like 25 minutes then it suddenly stopped going forward and backwards but the battery was fully charged, I touched the motor and it was scorching hot and it burnt me, dis this happen cuz the motor couldn’t take the voltage of the esc?
