Years later,more homeless than ever.Why not turn it all into a monitored tiny house village for the hundreds of thousands of homeless.Or allow poor people to use the land as long as they acquire a mobile home to put on their lot? I see exactly what happened as we have these government agencies in our city. They built some of these community projects in beautiful neighborhoods, bringing the entire population from the worst, drug and crime infested areas to use these facilities, bringing filth and crime where there wasn't any before. You can make it sound as nice as you want. Most are non profits which means they don't pay taxes, causing those residents already struggling to pay more taxes. Then they too lose their homes and you steal those too when they can no longer fund your wretched idea. Soon you'll own everything. maybe that was the real plan.
