Bro just casually made 12 coffee drinks of 3 different types under 14 minutes while doing a presentation in front of undreds of people, and proceeded to win a competition. I can barely make my own coffee in this time, and it tastes like sh*t.

Was sadly disqualified, as one of the judges saw that he was using pressured portafilters to optimise crema for at least one of his brewing and something one of the judges point out to the other judges 13:02 and he hadn't declared that or he claim he had, but it wasn't made public to the judges.. likely why, he to this day. have a hard time with pressurized portafilters as they literally rain'ed on his barista parade. but he made a nice comeback on TH-cam, that is definitely something.. he is joy to to follow, just don't ask him about using pressurized portafilters to gain more crema.
