Really nice video. 👍 The 2.7 liter engine was a later update to the base model to increase the engine power (in Germany 165hp). The 944 S also had the 2.5 liter engine but with the 16 valve cylinder head (with 190hp in Germany).

Nice car! I’m driving my late father-in-laws 1983 Sable Brown 5-spd with no power steering. Fun to drive, but I’m a weakling so I need to think ahead and plan for the corners. Before I drove the car home, I spent $$$ doing major service.

Change the timing belt if you don’t have a record of when it was changed last.
