I did walk 8.3km esterday. super happy with the new phone i was given adding Kms to the tota google maps provides (we walk on paths and backtrack with dogs in bushes etc, i knew i was doing more than the Kms the maps said).

Can't beleie how cold you are lol.. it's actually kinda warm here but doesnt feel like it.. was a min of 16, but max was 18.. tomorrow will be 8 min. Im so tired. I will try to relax, only a small walk round the block yesterday, and some pottering.. but booked to go out with a friend tomorrow for a proper walk. hope i feel energetic xxx

Today i will make a healthy smoothie and say no o naught sugars.. got no energy still since yesterday. im blaming it on the full moon but will try to rally todaay, and get my act in to gear tomorrow.

I made stewed apples. apparently that is ayurvedic medicine. I walked m dog for about an hour, we got a little rained on at the end..I will be open minded. Been pottering. prepping a nice lentil dinner. x Not sure what actions i could take that would hae a reaction, but i will take care. practicing happiness and joyfulness right now. will be grateful too at all the little jobs im getting on top of. xxx

oh i was super lucky, woke up at 4, went out just after 7 with a fied for an hours walk and then a coffee... it is so cold it is only 11c! and the sun is out, and we are getting rain tomorrow.. so it is a lovely interlude. Im gonna relax, make some lentils.and salad... I did cut some beautiful roses. Im loving cucumber (slices with salt and pepper! Chips! i was told. LOL... oranges.. i dont have an indoor bath. i will have some wine and take some mag and vit d and just take it easy. xxx Good you went out good on you! doggies always love that. Oh what a beautiful card "trust in divine timing. your future holds something far greater than your past.." I felt that tis morning.. wonderful. oh i will have some watermelon.. drink water :)

thanks for that ton the swedish bitters. ive been doing the 30 plants for. awhile now, and always aim for at least the 5 and 2 but more like a 50/50 plate, or as many veg as i can! ive really cut back on coffee, down to one a day, moving to 2 times a week as a social thing hopefully. no dairy, and definitely no meat or gluten. and getting into water for the first time.
