Guys where you separate n2 and 02.. How get N2 without make it liquid still 02 is there... Not completed

Why a "surge vessel" and a nitrogen storage vessel ? You do realize that if your use pressure for the N2 is 7bar or greater that you won't "STORE" any gas in that "storage tank". Also.....The term "surge vessel is misleading. It's ONLY function is to mix the N2 gas which has differing purity at beginning and end of cycle. \ Also....why do you need a particulate filter after the beds? Worried about carbon carryover ? If so, the volume of the carbon in the beds diminishes giving the carbon more room to dust each cycle. It's a snowball rolling downhill. Is O2 analyzer anywhere in this system ? There better be !!! As usual...most N2 generator companies over-simplify their products !!!
