Jewelry photography with light painting at home | product photography tutorials bts
#jewelleryphotography #jewelrylighting #tipsandtricks
I shot this image when I only had the camera with me and managed to arrange everything else on my own during the lockdown.
Just wanted to show how can someone do a high-level pro jewelry shoot with minimal number of equipment available.

    Hey do you have any tips on what settings to use for the autofocus in complete darkness? I tried but mine came out very out of focus

    • @ZombieCurl
      @ZombieCurl 11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hey! Try to focus first with the lights turned on, focus with the "back button focus", set a timer of 10 seconds, so you focus, shoot, turn the ambient lights off and do the flash shots 😉

    For everyone confused, it’s one photo taken at very long shutter of 15 seconds and the flash is done by hand pressing test button, one photo with lots of lit hitting it different times different places

    Interesting but why not do it in one shot in camera. To many people today rely on photoshop instead of getting the shot in one exposure in camera.

  • @ameyajoshi19

    Nicely done! I have a question. If your speedlight was in manual mode, how does the camera know when to shoot? Or it is paired with the camera and it clicks when you fire the flash?

    • @daimagix
      @daimagix 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      thanks.... plz watch the video carefully again. 1. keep camera in long exposure like more than 15sec. .. so that your shutter will open for 15 sec. and it will capture every light within 15 sec. (room should be dark , no other source of lights). and keep your camera in timer mode so that after the deep sound you can know that camera is now capturing light. 2. keep your flash in manual mode and fire with the test button . no need to pair with the camera or no need for any trigger. this is how your camera will capture the light part only when you press the test button on your flash.
