Zebra Sharks and the StAR Project at Irukandji Shark & Ray Encounters
We visited Irukandji Shark & Ray Encounters in Port Stephens where we met their zebra sharks. They are part of the StAR Project (Stegostoma tigrinum Augmentation and Recovery), a multi-national effort by aquariums to send zebra shark eggs to Indonesia where they can be raised and released back into the wild.

Lachlan Swamp in Centennial Park is home to up to 45,000 Grey-Headed Flying-Foxes. They roost during the day and become active as the sunsets before dispersing across the city in search of nectar and fruits. They are incredibly important to the forest ecosystem, pollinating over 50 species of trees and dispersing the seeds of another 50 species.

Live Dive - Searching for Weedy Seadragons In Sydney, Australia
มุมมอง 4914 วันที่ผ่านมา
In Kamay Botany Bay National Park we took our ROV to a dive site called The Steps to attempt a live dive searching for the incredible weedy seadragons. Using the ROV as a handheld camera we found some incredible marine life...but will we find the incredibly well camouflaged weedy seadragons? Special thanks to Abyss Scuba Divers as well as the Underwater Research Group of NSW!

well done, this video needs a lot more appreciation.

Amazing video! Keep up the great work!
Phenomenal work; thank you for sharing.
This was lovely!
Hi Sir, ✳ You said that "Camera Operator Needed for Historic Tall Ship Filming." and I can get it done with Stunning results and fast delivery. You can check the strong portfolio to make sure. ✳ Would you like to see the 77-page portfolio pitch deck? Thanks, - Naomi.
Well this is worth of a Darwin Award. Turn up the volume!!
Did you run this video past yourself before posting?
Will the slide presentations be made available at some point?
Astonishing? Almost unbelievable....
Imagine traveling 60mph for 1 year. Now image travel at 186,000*3600mph for 1y . Do this for 4.2 years and you just hit our nearest star!!! It’s all empty space between that. Do this for 100,000y at light speed and you just spanned Milky Way galaxy. Our galaxy is in a local group with several dozen in a localized cluster. Several local clusters make up our Virgo supercluster. Several superclusters make up the massive Laniakea cluster. All this laniakea is in a tiny dot of the entire observable universe. Lots of these laniakeas form the Shapley concentration. Put this in 3d and they all seem to be along a filament like structure with voids between them. Massive voids like the bootes void which is 330,000 Milky Way galaxies (each of which contains at least 200billion stars) for the void to be 330million light years across! And this entire filament like super structure is itself moving toward something. Along with several others in a great structure called Hercules Corona Borealis Great Wall. And we don’t even know if this 0.1%, 100%, 99.9%, 60% or 1% or 0.00000002% of the universe. While we can’t just understand even the dimensions the main thing is the what or why or how. There is no whom here. Just what or how. And then people claim the who now in this awesome story told being living in the tiny corner of our planet in this all while looking like us conveniently somehow “created” all this while being inside it?? Or maybe outside (where?) I think we need to evolve for millions or billions of years to even begin to make sense
Nice to see how relative everything is to one and another
With my class
Well done Joe I watch you at my school 😊

The Komodo Dragon Grows to Gigantic Proportions Because it has no Competition for Food on it's Respective Island and Therefore is able to Have access to Excess Nutrition.
I was deeply impressed your video of Callanish. Thank you very much, I was able to understand the movement of the moon through LSS. I have researched on my own for over 20 years and I have produced a TH-cam video. I can no longer go to Callanish. I can only imagine it looking up the sky in Japan. I would be happy if I could see on TH-cam the movement of the moon at Callanish on August 4, 2026. At Callanish, the moon rise at 2:24 from Azi.156.1° and set at 6:10 to Azi.203.5°and southing at 4:18, Alt.2.6°. For more details, please refer to my TH-cam ‘Megalith Lunar standstill Astronomical observation.

I did leg 2 and we did leg 15 to the Galapagos islands and i will do the last leg from Azoren islands back to Falmouth. Great pleasure and great honor. by the way. You are using here clips from other ships than the beauty of the seas, the Oosterschelde. why?
Great interview with Nadine
I'll be doing these with some students in class. Amazing class! Thank you!
My daughter and I will try this experiment today! 🤭
Why don't you answer your emails ?

Why do scientists still hang on to and teach the Darwin Theory it's been debunked with the discovery of DNA but academics hang on to it like an old teddy bear?????
Great show. Hi Joe and Eduardo!
Hold on what about New Zealand ??
Awesome this should have millions of views !
I subbed because the video was made with editing. It was not boring or a guy/girl/they going on about in one recording session.... Those videos have their place, sure... But editing makes a video much better 🎉
Would have been better to see more of the houses and less of this guys face . Also he says “hay” while the camera shows what looks to me very like wheat straw .
I love sea turtles and hope to work with them at a rescue as soon as I retire. Proud turtle and tortoise mom
I'll say crustation, related to lobsters etc.

You will be pleased to know that I was diving with Scuba Caribe on 20th Feb 2024 and we rescued a large turtle which had fishing lines round its neck and front fins. Unfortunately it already had its right front flipper missing. I held the Turtle while Keven the dive master cut the lines away. We got a picture but it is poor quality. Noe the less a great experience for all the other divers in the party who watched us.
I bet they point to north east south and west, they were moved by the earth moving over time it was a cross, ask any good witch what I'm talking about.
I was in Los Cristianos in 1991 and 1992 helping Jim and Sara Heimlich-Boran collect data on the short finned pilot whales of Tenerife.

Thank you for highlighting such a significant issue. Increasing awareness through knowledge is essential for inspiring positive change. I hope to see improvements in the future!
