Why would you teach today that we should keep the sabbath? Was that not part of the old law that Christ done away with by nailing it to his cross? And have you not read that if you keep the old law, you should keep all of it. Not just parts of it. The law fulfilled it’s purpose, it brought us to Christ, we no longer live under the old law, but by faith in Christ. Which means we obey him. Which would be all things New Testament. The Old Testament is very much needed for us to learn of things past and present, it would be hard to understand the new without having read the old, But, we are to study our Bible and Learn to rightly divide the word of truth. Woe be unto false teachers spreading all the confusion because they don’t know how to rightly divide the word of truth. And can you point me to the passage or scripture in Gods word where the church had the band get up and sing for the congregation. I have not yet found once where the church was instructed to do so. Jesus said not everyone that says unto me lord lord shall enter into the kingdom of heaven, but he that Does The Will of The Father which is in heaven. The Old Testament should make us all fear God enough to keep his commandments, look at Leviticus 10:1-7. They did what they thought was alright but God didn’t say it was alright. Rightly Divide. ❤

I knew Dan during the years he was taking care of Grandma Rowena mostly. I was his step-niece. It was always easy to be with Dan for me. He was warm and welcoming and called me "Ang". The relationship he had with his mom Rowena was also easy and good-humored. Though he suffered from extreme back pain, he had a kind of easy joy and generosity of spirit during his visits to Idaho that I remember well. What I remember most about Dan is that he was easy to talk to and I just felt at ease being around him. He was "just Dan". No pretense, no titles, no need to be right or have all the answers. He was humble and good natured. Like all of us, Dan had been through his trials and tribulations. He found a way to transform them and use his experiences to help others. I have not seen Dan since his visit on Christmas when Doug was in the hospital and I have missed his company these many years. Yet it seems like Dan found a place where he belonged in Baton Rouge and found great purpose in his prison ministry service. I will miss him.

Thank you for such a wonderful service and for making it possible for Dan’s friends and family, those near and far, to view his service via the live-stream. Blessings to ALL 🙏🏻

I think your experience of church over the last 40 years and mine have been very different. Mine has been devastating to my whole family. We are careful who we meet with now. God has been faithful though in our friends. Due to loosing our home we have moved and then lockdowns have kept us from fellowship except for online. Not everyone has the same experience. Love watching your vids.
