I just wanna make an update on myself because I've been having insomnia during the witching hours. I struggle with this constantly due to my social media checks and there's seems to be negative outcomes to my health.

ive lented from television due to other things like being busy as well as not staying on the screen. ive been gone and busy, but that gave me time to lent. i did this because i needed to get my acts together and feel alot of a nicer person.

100% agree, I just realized that Mario updated his favorite way to tackle ED and it's crazy! Although what he previously talked about was pretty decent, it was difficult to follow, I just go'ogled the latest by Mario Volpstein, it's so much simpler and potent now!

Nice video. I have autism as well and looking back at this makes me feel better about yesterday because my feelings was hurt by some toxic fan pressuring me on my videos.( luckily my mom blocked him) But looking at this makes me feel better💞👍

Agree with allot of what you say, ASMRs in many cases seem like porn in disguise
They wanna do more and more and more just for there friends until you're offended. Like swearing, streaming, etc. They do those thing's, it's misleading and upsetting.
There are some artists I left out like Moby, Robert miles, & cut hands because I didn't thought about them while making this.
